Shopping Online
Savvyrags.com has made internet shopping extremely easy.  All you have to do is browse the site and decide what you want to buy.  Simply add each item that you would like to purchase in to your “cart”.  You can always add or remove items from your cart before you checkout.  Once you have finished shopping you must register (see below).  If you are a returning customer, simply click on “returning customer”.  The final step is to “checkout”.  Simply click on the “checkout” link and you will be directed through the process.  Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. 

All merchandise sold on savvyrags.com is intended for personal use only and not for resale.  We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Having trouble deciding what’s right for you?  Let our personal shopper help you make the perfect decision.  Whether you are looking for a specific item or you are looking to update your entire wardrobe, savvyrags.com is here to serve you.  Our personal shopper is available to help you at no additional charge.  All you have to do is send an e-mail to shopper@savvyrags.com explaining what type of fashion assistance you need.  Please include your size in the e-mail.  You will be contacted by e-mail/phone in order to discuss the different fashions that will work best for you. 

Do I have to register?
All customers must register with savvyrags.com before making a purchase.  Once you have registered, you will be able to access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created.  Only you will have access to this information. 

How do I register?
Click on “my account” and you will be provided with a link that will walk you through the process.  If you have already placed items in your cart and you are ready to complete your order, click on “checkout”, and you will be directed to the link that will allow you to register.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password go to “my account” and click on “forgot my password”.  Follow the instructions and then you will be sent an e-mail with your new password. 

Item Availability
Savvyrags.com makes every effort to keep a sufficient amount of stock of items that are represented on our website.  Unfortunately, we do sell out of certain products.  If you have ordered an item that is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail.

Which Credit Cards do you accept?
Savvyrags.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We do not accept cash, check, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged in states where savvyrags.com has a physical presence, which is only Alabama.

ShippingUPS
Savvyrags.com only ships within the United States. Savvyrags.com ships all merchandise through UPS.  Whether or not your order ships out on the day it was placed depends on the time of day the order was placed.

Tracking orders
You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your shipment once it has shipped. 

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, savvyrags.com can gift wrap items unless otherwise noted on the description page of an item. 

Return Policy
Savvyrags.com will accept returns or exchanges on items that have not been worn, washed, or altered within 14 days of when the order was shipped.   All returns must be post marked within 14 days of when the order was shipped.  All merchandise must have original tags attached.  Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package.  If merchandise is returned after 14 days or if it does not meet the return policy requirements then the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer.  Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.  "Final Sale” merchandise and lingerie cannot be returned.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after savvyrags.com received the return.  It might take longer for your account to be credited depending on the financial institution.
